JULY: Floral Ceramic Vase Workshop 24/07

Pottery School, Design Junction are joining us to lead this exciting Floral Vase masterclass. Based in the heart of Winchester, Design Junction is a thriving creative hub that offers a range of artistic and crafty classes. 

We are super excited to have Amy and Jake join us to create beautiful, florally decorated and handmade ceramic vases. You can’t have flowers without a beautiful vase, and a vase with floral decorations tops them all. In this workshop, you’ll press flowers and foliage into the clay to leave a clear pattern, before forming it into a vase shape. 

The three-hour class will begin with tea and coffee; we’ll then spend a short while picking the flowers and leaves that you'll press into the clay. Amy and Jake will then take you through how to create a florally inspired slab built vase. We then end with cake, coffee and a chance to pick a few more blooms.

You'll leave with a bunch of flowers, a new skill, and your vase will be fired and ready for collection a few weeks later.

Terms:

If heavy rain is forecast, we will move the workshop to another date, and a full refund will be given in the event you can't make the new date. 

If the workshop does not sell at least half the places, we may reserve the right to cancel the event and give you a full refund or offer you the chance to move to another workshop.

A full refund will be given if you cancel 7 days before the workshop; no refund thereafter unless we can resell the ticket.
