Orlaya is a beautiful umbellifer flower of delicate white petals, and a fresh scent. It is it a joy in mid May.

How to Grow:
Sow indoors March - May onto moist well-drained seed compost, covered with a sprinkling of soil, keep moist at a temperature of 18°C. Germination takes 21-30 days. If germination has not occurred in 6-8 weeks cold stratify. Move to -4°C-+4°C for 6-8 weeks. Keep at this cycle until germination occurs. Transplant seedlings once large enough to handle to 8cm pots. Plant out once well grown 30 cm apart.
You can direct sow outdoors from July for following year flowering.
Once planted Orlaya requires little maintenance and is an easy attractive flower to grow. A beautiful delicate cut flower. Deadheading will encourage more flowers.

Care Instructions
To keep your flowers looking their best, arrange them in a clean vase with fresh water, place away from direct sunlight or heat and change the water every few days. We also recommend trimming the ends of the stems after a few days to help them draw up water.
